Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup elbow pasta
3 cups no-salt-added chicken broth
additional 1 cup no-salt-added chicken broth
1 tsp light soy sauce
Optional, 1/4 cup frozen corn
2 slices of spam
2 eggs
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- Combine chicken broth and soy sauce in a pot, when it boils, add elbow pasta, keep stirring,
- Optional add corn, add sesame oil
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Add additional chicken broth
- In an oiled pan, fry an egg until the yolk is slightly runny, fry the next egg.
- Pan fry slices of spam lightly
- Pour cooked pasta and broth into a bowl, top with egg and spam.
