Also called Rice Paper Omelet, 3-ingredient pizza that is so EASY and FAST. It is so worth the 5 min to make this delicious snack or breakfast.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 rice paper
  • 1 egg
  • optional: chopped scallions

Instructions: 

  1. Place rice paper in wok on medium heat.
  2. Add chili oil, spread evenly on the rice paper.
  3. Crack an egg onto the rice paper, scramble the egg, spread evenly.
  4. Wait until the egg is fully cooked on the rice paper.
  5. Optional add scallions on the rice paper as well.
  6. Fold the rice paper, and enjoy!
