Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp miso or soybean paste
- 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1 /3 cup corn
- 1/3 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 50g dried rice vermicelli
- 2 cups of boiling water
Instructions
- Meal prep: add miso or soybean paste, light soy sauce, green peas, corn, rotisserie chicken and rice vermicelli into each jar.
- Keep the jars in the fridge. When you are ready to eat, let the jar come to room temperature, then add boiling water.
- Close the lid and let it sit for 3 min.
- Pro-tip: mix well.
