Air fryer + Salmon = ? Ready in 15 mins! I am celebrating this Father’s Day by cooking salmon in air fryer. It’s healthy and delicious and air fryer makes the salmon so tender, you will want to make it again!
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of salmon around 7 oz each
Sauce:
- 1/3 cup of Japanese Mayo
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp of minced ginger
Instructions:
- Make sauce with Japanese Mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic and minced ginger. Mix well.
- Use paper towel to pat salmon dry.
- Coat the salmon with the sauce on both sides.
- Line the air fryer with parchment paper. Place the salmon inside. Pour extra sauce on top.
- Air fryer at 400°F or 200 °C for 10-11 mins.
- Pair with your choice of vegetable, enjoy!
