Air fryer + Salmon = ? Ready in 15 mins! I am celebrating this Father’s Day by cooking salmon in air fryer. It’s healthy and delicious and air fryer makes the salmon so tender, you will want to make it again!

Ingredients: 

  • 2 pieces of salmon around 7 oz each

Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup of Japanese Mayo
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove of garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp of minced ginger

Instructions: 

  1. Make sauce with Japanese Mayo, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic and minced ginger. Mix well.
  2. Use paper towel to pat salmon dry.
  3. Coat the salmon with the sauce on both sides.
  4. Line the air fryer with parchment paper. Place the salmon inside. Pour extra sauce on top.
  5. Air fryer at 400°F or 200 °C for 10-11 mins.
  6. Pair with your choice of vegetable, enjoy!
