Try these air fryer mushrooms with my sauce, it only takes 10 min to make them creamy and delicious! Great with rice or noodles.
Ingredients:
- 12 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Chinese sesame paste
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp warm water
Instructions:
- Remove mushroom stems.
- Make sauce with Chinese sesame paste, light soy sauce, Chinese black vinegar, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt and warm water.
- Place mushrooms into air fryer.
- Add sauce in center of the mushrooms.
- Air fry the mushrooms at 400°F/200°C for 5 min. Enjoy!
