This sushi bake is packed with flavors. A savory, creamy, and super satisfying deconstructed sushi roll, layered and baked in a casserole.

Ingredients: 
1 cup uncooked sushi rice

1.5 cups salmon

2 cups imitation crab meat

3 stalks of scallions (chopped)

2oz cream cheese

3 Tbsp of Japanese mayo

Snack-sized Seaweed

Instructions:   

  1. Cook rice.
  2. Mash cooked salmon (cooked in air fryer at 400°F or 200°C for 10 minute), add imitation crab, scallions, cream cheese, Japanese mayo. Mash all together.
  3. Pro-tip use sushi rice for its chewier and stickier texture.
  4. On cooked rice, drizzle with mirin, sesame oil & rice seasoning.
  5. Spread rice evenly into a baking dish.
  6. Top rice evenly with meat mixture. Drizzle with rice seasoning, Japanese mayo & sriracha.
  7. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  8. Serve with avocado on seaweed. Enjoy!
