Fast and homemade chicken pho that tastes just like takeout pho and leaves you wanting for more!
Ingredients:
- half of the rotisserie chicken meat from the Supermarket
- rotisserie chicken bones
- 2x 900 mL Campbell’s Pho Broth
- 270 g of dry vermicelli
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Optional: hoisin sauce and sriracha
- Garnish: chopped scallions and bean sprout
Instructions:
- Break the rotisserie chicken into small pieces.
- In an Instant Pot add, chicken bones, Campbell’s Pho Broth and fish sauce. Pressure cook on high for 30 min.
- Cook Vermicelli according to package instructions.
- Plate with noodles, broth, chicken pieces, scallions and bean sprout, with hoisin sauce and siracha on top.
