FAST Instant Pot Chicken Pho

Fast and homemade chicken pho that tastes just like takeout pho and leaves you wanting for more! 

Ingredients: 

  • half of the rotisserie chicken meat from the Supermarket
  • rotisserie chicken bones
  • 2x 900 mL Campbell’s Pho Broth
  • 270 g of dry vermicelli
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • Optional: hoisin sauce and sriracha
  • Garnish: chopped scallions  and bean sprout

Instructions: 

  1. Break the rotisserie chicken into small pieces.
  2. In an Instant Pot add, chicken bones, Campbell’s Pho Broth and fish sauce. Pressure cook on high for 30 min.
  3. Cook Vermicelli according to package instructions.
  4. Plate with noodles, broth, chicken pieces, scallions and bean sprout, with hoisin sauce and siracha on top.
