Ingredients:
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 1 rice paper
- 1 egg
- optional: chopped scallions
Instructions:
- Place rice paper in wok on medium heat.
- Add chili oil, spread evenly on the rice paper.
- Crack an egg onto the rice paper, scramble the egg, spread evenly.
- Wait until the egg is fully cooked on the rice paper.
- Optional add scallions on the rice paper as well.
- Fold the rice paper, and enjoy!
