Ingredients:
½ lb minced pork
½ cup of carrot stripes
1 stalk scallion (chopped)
black sesame seeds to taste
¼ cup cilantro (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
½ to 1 tbsp chili flakes or to taste
3 tbsps oil
1 tbsp light soy sauce
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp sugar
2 tsps Chinese black vinegar
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp Lao Gan Ma Chili Oil or to taste
Instructions:
- Marinate minced pork with light soy sauce, salt and sugar. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Add oil and garlic, cook until fragrant. Add pork, cook until it turns brown.
- Add chili flakes, light soy sauce, black vinegar, ginger and chili oil to wok.
- Cook your favorite noodles according to package instructions.
- Garnish with cucumber, carrot, scallion, cilantro and black sesame seeds.
